Full Recovery

The Full Recovery

The whole arc, start to finish, for a company ready to change how it runs.

Is this you?

Some companies come to this with one contained problem. Others come to it knowing, or suspecting, that the issue isn't contained anywhere. The reporting is unreliable, the processes are inconsistent, the good people on the team have never been given real authority, and growth keeps making everything worse instead of better. If more than one of those sounds true at once, the actual fix isn't four separate purchases stitched together over a year. It's one continuous engagement built as a single arc.

What actually happens

The Full Recovery always opens with the Diagnosis, because Problem Discovery is stage one of the arc itself, not a separate purchase bolted onto the front. From there, the engagement moves through whichever of the remaining four stages the Diagnosis actually surfaces as necessary: building the processes that connect your team to your clients, making sure the right people have real authority, building metrics you can trust, and building the framework for the growth already coming. Not every Full Recovery touches all four in equal measure. What the Diagnosis finds determines what gets built and in what order.

What you get

You get the complete arc: a company that goes from not understanding why the same problems keep happening to having documented processes, an empowered team, trustworthy numbers, and a framework built ahead of its next stage of growth. Not a bigger team doing the same things faster. A company that runs on something other than you.

Timeline

4–8 months

Four to eight months, start to finish. The range exists because the Diagnosis genuinely determines the path: a company that mostly needs process and metrics work moves faster than one that also needs a full people realignment and a scaling framework for a growth event already in motion. You'll have a real, specific timeline within the first few weeks, once the Diagnosis is complete.

This is the shape of the engagement behind doubling a company's size without adding a single person to operations, expanded systematically across finance, HR, project delivery, and company-wide reporting.
